Parklets are an urban design movement begun in cities like San Francisco, Philadelphia, and New York, where small community spaces are constructed to improve neighborhood walkability and accessibility. This project continues the work begun summer 2017. Students will construct, install, collect data and do some preliminary reporting on their findings with this summer’s parklet which will be installed in South Bethlehem in front of a local business.
