This project aims to provide income opportunities for women in a partnering local community outside of Manila, Philippines, by building a plastics recycling facility and researching the design and manufacture of products from disposed plastics. Through this project, women in the community will be manufacturing up-cycled products themselves as a source of income. The team will also design and build test products using replicatible equipment.
